• Photoresist is a photosensitive resin used in the lithography process to transmit circuit patterns, such as semiconductor patterns, on silica gel wafers. They form circuit patterns on the surface of silica gel wafer, and their photochemical reaction is caused by light irradiation. The circuit patterns are drawn by photomask.
